Visit Wills is operated as a sole trader and is not an SRA-authorised law firm. Services are provided by Anita Elliott in her individual capacity as a regulated solicitor.

Scope of services

Services offered include will drafting, review of existing wills, and related advice on estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney. No contentious or court work is undertaken.
