What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 5 working days.
- Investigation and full written response within 8 weeks.
- If you remain unhappy, you can escalate.
Legal Ombudsman
If your complaint is not resolved, you can refer it to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of our final response (and within 1 year of the act/omission or the date you should reasonably have known).
